PNE Sverige AB operates across Sweden through the office in Göteborg. PNE Sverige AB plans and installs onshore wind farm and solar projects. As part of PNE Group, based in Germany, its core competencies include planning, developing, financing and installing wind and solar energy plants. Once a project has achieved commercial operation, the company offers technical and commercial management services. As an independent power producer (IPP), the company also operates a select number of its own wind farms. Alongside its established business in Germany,
the PNE Group is expanding into dynamic growth markets with both onshore and offshore wind farm projects. PNE Sverige AB was established in 2020 and is a 100% subsidiary of PNE AG, a German publicly traded renewable energy company based in Cuxhaven, Germany with around 500 employees.
PNE Sverige is developing a pipeline of several projects with a team of experienced professionals with key skills in renewable energy project development, including financing, permitting, transmission, real estate, construction, GIS, and wind assessment.
PNE Sverige is working in close cooperation with the Motala based developer VKS which is a co-owned company / joint venture within the PNE group.
PNE is an active member of the Swedish wind energy association.
